Bien que très central, le quartier est très calme et bénéficie de tous les transports à quelques minutes à pieds. Un vrai cocon dans le coeur du coeur de Paris !

Nice condo with a small bedroom with a large bed and a nice and bright living room. Located close to the metro (less than 5 minutes walking) with every commodities around (shops, restaurants, bars etc.). I am only renting it during my vacations so most of my stuff will be there and possibly my cat ;-). Yon can use everything that's in it (except the musical instruments and clothes) as long as you are careful with it. No party's allowed and don't drink my wine ;-). Netflix account included <3.
