Our guests will have full use of the self-contained former "Servants Quarters" & we promise not to ring the bell expecting you to bring us G&T! Fully refurbished and styled by Pam of PamPicks, her quirky mix of vintage & curious items make it a super place to spend time with lots of unique pieces to take your eye....some of which she may let you buy!

Quiet, rural retreat with wildlife on the doorstep

Sandy's@Tilquhillie has been renovated to create a warm and comfortable base from which to enjoy the magnificent countryside of Royal Deeside. Easy access to local town with all amenities, you can't get a better location. Dog-friendly with direct access to woodland walks and cycling trails. If you want comfort and convenience with red squirrels, woodpeckers and occasionally deer and pine martens to watch from the garden, then this is the place for you. A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

Self Catering accommodation located within the Cairngorms and the Glenlivet Crown Estate A quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, ideal for couples who looking for a secluded country location. The accommodation is a separate annex to the farmhouse which dates back to the 1700’s and was once occupied by John Grant the founder of the famous Glenfarclas Distillery. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, close to the coast and a beautiful loch. There are several historic castles nearby. The accommodation is suitable for both business travellers and holiday makers. Singles and couples looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay are very welcome.

A quiet peaceful retreat close to great hikes, fields, hills, wildlife this is glamping at its best. This SMALL studio with a super comfy double bed, has a small wet room with a great shower and limited cooking (convection oven/grill microwave). It's own decking with awning & outdoor dining, use of a bonfire & BBQ & optional hot tub hire.

Woodend Retreat nestled in the heart of Speyside

A beautiful and tranquil setting, which is peaceful and relaxing. Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, both of which can be used as double beds or split into 2 singles. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! We are in the heart of the Whisky Trail with many distilleries nearby, so a visit and a wee dram is a must!

The East Wing, Craigdam

Welcome to our secluded stay between Tarves and Oldmeldrum. Cosy room with plenty of outside space to enjoy. the room has tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini fridge. Also provided is continental breakfast. Although this is listed as a private room as it is part of our home, it is separate from the rest of the house with its own bathroom and front door.
