Need a change from the Hotel/Motel way of travel? Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

I am a retired RN and a constant gardener. My husband works from home. We are easy going and are available when needed via text or in person.

Autumn Country Home Escape

A relaxing getaway awaits you in the heart of Acampo. Nestled in between 85 vineyards, a few minutes from Woodbridge dining, and beautiful scenery throughout. The country home has 4 bedrooms- 3 in the main house and 1 in the guest house. Let the water cascade down from the beautiful rain shower, take a bike ride around the vineyards, or make s’mores around the fire. A whimsical patio surrounds the home with a hammock, underneath an orange tree. Come kick up your feet and enjoy!

Welcome to the cozy American Oak Cottage in a historic neighborhood, just a short 6 minute walk to Downtown Lodi on a quiet street, and a quick walk to local tasting rooms, breweries, restaurants, movie theater, WOW Science Museum, and boutique shops! A children's playground is less than two blocks around the corner, use the provided grill for BBQ on a nice day, or you can head over to nearby Lodi Lake where you can kayak, paddle board, enjoy the nature trail, and more!

Wine Country Farmhouse

Unwind with the whole family in this serene retreat, nestled in the heart of wine country just minutes north of Lodi. Sleep soundly on a California King Tempur-Pedic bed, with a pull-out couch for extra guests. Enjoy a private backyard with pool access (shared with the main house), relax by the tabletop fire pit under a majestic oak tree, and cook in a fully equipped kitchen. Stay productive at the dedicated workspace, and don’t forget to ask about our fresh farm eggs!

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Lodi Wine Cellar

Lodi Wine Cellar is located just outside of Downtown Lodi. Our charming guest cellar is 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. It is a fully renovated basement unit with private entrance and 8ft ceilings. It is located just minutes from wine tasting, breweries, weekly farmers market, and restaurants. We hope you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine curled up on the sectional in a furry blanket! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are on 2 acres and there are over 250 trees that we have planned it there’s plenty of shade there is an outdoor fireplace and several seating areas to read a book or just relax . I am working on a walking trail and there are fruit trees that during the summer are loaded with fruit and ready for your picking and eating
