Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

It is 10 mins to Gaylord Rockies Resort. It is about 7 mins by car to public lightrail direct to downtown/airport. Denver convention center is only 20-30 min away. Park and playground near by. There is a coffee table for all guests. The room is upstairs and the stairs has 15 steps, not good for wheelchair

A mini fridge is also in the room for your convenience, stocked with water to keep you hydrated and a keurig is also in the room with a small coffee/tea station. Guests are welcome to use our laundry room, patio area, shared bathroom, and kitchen. There is smart TV to keep up on all your favorite shows during your stay. There is an ironing board/iron available.
