'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Nestled in the heart of Lambton Village, our 3-story bungalow offers an ideal location for a memorable stay. Immerse yourself in the locale charm, surrounded by a diverse food scene, historic parks, and plenty of activities on your door step. Walking distance from the property are tennis courts, swimming pools and children's playground. For the adults there is Lizotte's for entertainment, two landmark pubs, beauty spa, nail bar, hair dresses, coffee and boutique shopping.

Self-cont Cabin, Netflix, next to Glenrock SCA

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other bread as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
