Nearby white water rafting, dining, and much more. Fun fact: Tesla and Edison once camped here in Indian Lake en route to one of the first hotels in the US to have electricity.

Hemlock Camp

We call it... “Camping”. It’s this new thing - where you leave the machinations of the urban world behind and retreat to the calming surrounds of nature. (To some extent. But you still get to sleep in a comfy bed.) 1/4 mile trek. A footbridge over a winding stream, a fire-pit, a hammock, Adirondack chairs and a quiet world beneath the hemlocks will be your immediate surroundings. No electricity. No running water. You are alone - surrounded by hundreds of acres of private, wild forest.

Glamp Thomas on Flower Farm

At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has two queen beds, front porch and private rear deck. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (booked for private experience for $25) . 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires and star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River.

The 12' slide out allows extra space for the couch and dinette. The awning provides extra protection from the weather. Private location with pond. 5 minute drive from downtown Saranac Lake. Picnic table. Fire pit and chairs. The trees provide a natural “fence “ for privacy. Bookings available May through October only. (Weather permitting)

This is a 32' 2014 camper in a nice quiet setting. Self contained. Private 28 acres with 11.5 acre lake. Two other campsites and main house on property. Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.

Less than 4 miles to markets and restaurants. -This historically significant hill is in the middle of largest section of the VAST trail system in the state and THE BEST mountain biking and hiking trails! -Only 20 miles outside of Burlington. Even closer to Lake Champlain. Hop, skip and a jump to Stowe.

Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV.
