Great hiking is close by in the Green Mountain National Forest and there is lots to explore in neighboring Manchester and Dorset. This is a space for someone who loves camping with a beautiful veiw and appreciates the outdoors. This is a camping situation so it is seasonal and does have electricity, and water. You will have access to the lake as long as beach area and lake are kept clean and respected. So it will not be available until such time.

Canoeing, fishing, hiking, exploring, antiquing, apple picking, leaf peeping - it's all close by and the choices are all yours. You can also just sit in the sun, admire the views, watch the hawks circle above and soak in the peace and quiet. Propane heater included to warm the tent on chilly nights.

Beautifully furnished glamping tent offers two queen beds, screened porch and rear deck. Personal kitchenette in the Lodge and lovely Bath House nearby. Join us for wood-fired pizza, walk through a beautiful wildflower meadow to the cedar hot tub, take in the stars by the nightly bonfires. Pristine nearby lake for kayaking or swimming and white water rafting in the Hudson River a mile down the mountain. Enjoy breakfast and baked goods in our Bakery. Golf carts available for rent.

This is a 32' 2014 camper in a nice quiet setting. Self contained. Private 28 acres with 11.5 acre lake. Two other campsites and main house on property. Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
