You will have access to the lake as long as beach area and lake are kept clean and respected. Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.
