Apartmant Mareta is situted next to the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century.The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa bed, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner ,unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.
