There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

The "Old Snooker Hall" is located in the lovely village of Tetsworth, approx 10 minute drive from the market town of Thame and 25 minutes from Oxford city centre. It offers modern, spacious and light accommodation for 2-3 people, benefitting from it's own entrance and private back garden with views over the fields. A parking space on our driveway is included. Lovely farmyard conversion 30 minutes from Oxford

The Old Smithy is a great place to get away from it all but it is only 40 miles from London and 12 miles from Oxford. It is located on a working farm and used to be where the farm horses were shod. The Old Smithy was converted a few years ago and has a big living space on the ground floor with a double bedrooom and a bathroom. Go up the stairs onto the mezzanine floor and their are 2 single beds and a workspace with a table to work at.
