The place has an abundance of traditional features: patterned hand-made floor tiles, soaring ceilings, timber beams, hand-made wrought iron railings and natural golden-stone walls that will take you back in time while you immerse yourself in the heart of this ancient vibrant town. All apartments have been designed to be fully self-catering with all modern amenities including full kitchen (oven/hob/dishwasher), orthopaedic mattresses, 100% cotton bedsheets, independent bathroom/shower, AC and WIFI throughout. This is the first floor suite which occupies the entire first floor. It has an independent bedroom and separate ensuite bathroom. A sofa bed in the living area is available for additional guests. These spaces are common and shared with the other single-bedroom (penthouse) apartment in the same building. It also has access to a shared washing machine/dryer/ironing facilities. Guests will be able to access all common parts of the property (entrance/ground floor lobby/ two levels of outdoor spaces/sundeck). PLEASE NOTE: this apartment is on the first floor with a flights of stairs and no elevator. We live on the island and are happy to provide any help, information, advice or recommendations as required. The townhouse is nestled in the pedestrian heart of Gozo—the Isle of Joy—among ancient alleyways of the old capital. It's 50 yards from the Basilica of St. George and its fabulously vibrant square. On foot, bicycle or public transport is best. The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages.
