Βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στην εθνική οδό που σας οδηγεί σε όλα τα πανέμορφα χωριουδάκια της επαρχίας καθώς και στις πανέμορφες παραλίες του Νομού μας. Δεν θα σας λήψει τίποτα, γιατί τα πάντα είναι κοντά σας, κομμωτήριο ,φαρμακείο, ενοικιαστηκά αυτοκίνητα , μεγάλα super markets, εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες..... The house is located in Agia Marina, 100 meters away from the beach in a quiet area. It is surrounded by trees and grass, BBQ area and it has a very nice view during the day and the night. It is very close to the bus station (50 meters away) close to restaurant, bar, coffee, 15 minutes walking from Platanias and 15 minutes from the center of Chania town by car or by bus. It has one big bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom and one sofa-bed.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
