Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. The Stavros apartment is located 1 km. East of Chora with a magnificent panoramic view that frames the bay of Kapsali, the Castle, Chora and the Islet of Hytra. The property is in the Kapsali area, 10.000 sq. meters with a big park and garden. Stavros is elected by UNESCO Heritage of the World. The apartment is few minutes by car and 15 minutes by walking, distant from Kaspali.

Diakofti Hilltop Sea House is a lovely private house in Diakofti , the east side of the island.  The house is 105m2 with two bedrooms, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen area. It also has a sea view veranda and a 2nd veranda facing the sea and the mountain. It accomodates easily 4-6 persons.
