If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. Το Damaskini’s House είναι ένα σπίτι ηλικίας άνω των 200 ετών, το οποίο έχει ανακαινιστεί πληρως και με πολυ μεράκι. Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.

“Ida Mo” was a question used by our ancestors. Through the years it was replaced by “how are you”. Something similar goes for this apartment. An old place used by my ancestors, now renovated but as welcoming as always, is awaiting for visitors.
