The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.
