This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2 to 3 bedroom basement apartment! Nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood, our space offers a comfortable retreat for your stay in Cornwall. Our apartment provides all the amenities you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. Note that we are expecting a baby in March 2026 and we live upstairs. You may hear the baby’s cries. This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
