Sitting on top of the locally popular Ester Dome, this unique cabin overlooks all of Fairbanks and the surrounding areas. Just 11 miles to the airport, there is amazing hiking/biking trails nearby. With a surplus of windows, the breathtaking Alaskan tundra/mountains are highlighted. Inside this custom built cabin, there is a cozy living room and a fully functional kitchen/bathroom.

The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook a nice meal. We also have a grill on the front porch incase you prefer to grill. Both 1st floor,and the loft have a queen size bed. A washer/dryer in the bathroom just in case you want to throw in that load of laundry. Whether you’re on vacation or just passing by for work, our cabin can accommodate you well.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.
