Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. This immaculately finished annexe is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite.

Only 11 miles from Brighton, within easy driving distance to Shoreham & Horsham, pretty villages like Hurstpierpoint & Ditching & incredible vineyards. At the south of village, we are a 5 min walk into the village up the small hill. With easy access to the South Downs and the Downslink, great for those who love the biking & hiking.
