Cozy house with swimming pool in the north coast of Mallorca with awesome views to the sea and to the mountain. In it´s garden you can relax and enjoy the incredible mediterraneans´ sunset, with family or friends. The house is divided in two floors. On the top floor there are three double rooms and a full bathroom. The rooms are wide and bright. In the low floor there are a dinning room, living room with wood burning stove a bathroom with shower and the kitchen.

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
