Barbati Beach Art House, Corfu

Our property is a beautiful house, 100 metres from the Barbati beach, one of the best beaches of Corfu. It is located 17km from the town of Corfu, which is included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The house is suitable for summer holidays from 30th April to 30th September . It can sleep 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a very confortable yard-balcony, where you can have your breakfast or your afternoon coffee under the sunny summer sky. There is one bedroom with one double bed and two comfortable sofas at the sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor private space.Also is offered free Wi Fi. The beach is literally one minute on foot and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

Julia's apartment is a peacefull and relaxing place to spend your holidays all year round. There are two independent and sunny verandas. The distance from Corfu town is only 1.5 km and from the nearest beaches, from the Airport is 1.2 km and the Central Bus Station around 800m away. Also outside of the apartment there is a green and blue bus station. The busses from there go to Pelekas, Aqualand, Ermones and Glyfada beaches etc.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
