Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.
