Small, one level home. (Stairs to get inside), that has one large bedroom and one small. House has fully functional kitchen, is near to a children’s indoor playground & local boutique, coffee shop and bakery, and has off street parking. Main bedroom and living room both have tv where you can login to any of your favorite streaming apps. Host lives locally, and works in the building attached to the house so is always available! With both rustic and contemporary details, this space is less than 5 yrs old. Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

You may also see an occasional deer or turkey. Sit by the pond, or take a stroll on one of the many walking trails. We have recently converted our basement into a quaint 2 bedroom apartment. It is complete with a living room, full kitchen, bath and laundry area. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed.

Kittanning is approximately 35 miles north of Pittsburgh.
