Stable Studio at Airlie Castle

A bright and comfortable open-plan space on the first floor of the old stable block on the Airlie estate, in the spectacular Angus Glens. High beamed ceilings give a spacious feel to the main room. Everything here is made from Douglas Fir ply, including walls, floor and furniture. It'll feel very cosy here at night with the lamps lit, the wood fire and the large bed with feather pillows and wool blankets. The loo and bathroom are down 4 steps, please note no dividing door. Minimum stay 1 night.

Hi and welcome to Moriston River Cottages. Trinity Cottage is a beautiful place to stay. To ensure comfort and make sure everything needed is included, we've stayed in Trinity ourselves and we loved every minute. Trinity is located with a great view of Moriston River and 5 min from Loch Ness. We found sleeping to the sound of the river very therapeutic! Sitting outside or viewing the river from inside Trinity was spectacular. The King size beds were both very comfortable as well as the bedding.

Enjoy a relaxed stay in this recently built house set off the beaten track in birch and willow woodland, situated in the South Loch Ness area. The garden is visited by red squirrels, hares, pine martens and many birds. The rich plant life in the immediate area provides foraging for the owners' honeybees which are kept nearby. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling, and even wild swimming locally in the many small lochs. The house is 3 miles from the nearest shop in Foyers.

Unique turret annex in Upper Donside

Our bright yellow Broom now out! Situated in the Cairngorms National Park in Strathdon, a short walk away from the hamlet of Bellabeg. The Turret offers a tranquil setting in 2.5 acres of private woodland, it has its own entrance and is a self-contained totally sound insulated annex to the main house (where the owners live). The setting has spectacular south facing views of the Deeside hills and is surrounded by farmland and wildlife. Completely off the beaten track with glorious dark skies.

Cherrytrees Chalet is set in the heart of the Highlands, close to Drumnadrochit, on a quiet, south facing hillside with spectacular views of Glen Urquhart and Loch Ness. The chalet is in its own private garden, in a broadleaf forest on a working croft near Drumnadrochit. The village has bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, and an exhibition centre. Castle Urquhart, Loch Ness and Inverness are also close by. The Chalet is well-equipped, warm and comfortable, a place to relax and feel at home.

Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

Unique self catering holiday on a working Highland Croft situated 20 miles from Inverness, 5 miles from Loch Ness and 13 miles from Fort Augustus. Views include the Monadhliath Mountains and Loch Mhor. You will be situated in a relaxing environment with our sheep and poultry and where you may spot an occasional bird of prey soaring overhead.
