Villa Marilou is in Almyrida beach resort. Built in 2017 it offers modern style & elegance. The outdoor space has private pool, garden, barbeque & parking, surrounded by greenery with breathtaking mountain views. Within 1 mile of the atmospheric Almyrida resort with beach & delightful taverns. Inside are 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen/diner, 3 shower rooms. There is a sun terrace around the pool & on 1st floor off the master bedroom. The nearest airport is Chania International, 19 miles away.

Ενα μικρό, ήσυχο σπίτι 55τμ στο χωριό Λάκκοι, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. In the outdoor area there are also 6 comfortable sun-beds with thick leather mattress,a dining area and a gas barbecue.

The house is in Gavalochori, a beautiful village, 35 min drive from Chania, 3,5 km from the beach in Almyrida. The villa has stunning views to the White mountains, villages and the sea. The villa is ideal for a romantic luxury holiday for two or a small family.
