The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. L'alloggio è situato al centro del piccolo borgo di Peschiera Maraglio, a 50 metri dall'imbarcadero per fare il tour del lago. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi, e a 300 metri si trovano la spiaggia pubblica e una fermata dell'autobus. L'isola (la più grande dei laghi europei) eletta tra i borghi piu’ belli d’Italia è collocata al centro del lago d'Iseo circondato da incantevoli montagne che si riflettono nello specchio d'acqua. Sulla cima è collocato il Santuario della Madonna della Ceriola da cui è possibile apprezzare la bellezza del paesaggio;nelle vicinanze il Castello Oldofredi risalente al '500 ed è possibile organizzare con traghetti privati il giro dell'isola e delle isolette di S. Paolo e Loreto.
