Living in a listed building! Built in 1794, this half-timbered house is the oldest surviving building in Hamburg's Neustadt district. The building, which was extensively renovated in direct cooperation with the Hamburg Office for the Protection of Historical Monuments, looks back on a long history in Hamburg. It is located near the so-called ramparts directly on the border to Altona, which was still the second largest city in Denmark at the time. From 1806 to 1814 it was occupied by Napoleon, and in 1842 it withstood the great, devastating Hamburg city fire. At the end of the 19th century, the small house was inhabited by 4 tenants and has survived 2 world wars to this day. The detailed restoration took place between 2017 and 2024 and today you have the opportunity to rent this special gem as a vacation home. With contemporary building services and a well-equipped kitchen, you can experience the historic flair of living in a completely new way. We are particularly pleased to welcome guests who respectfully enjoy the special features of the house.

With approximately 23 square meters, it is the smallest - the "cozy" apartment for one person, be happy for 2, when the 140-bed, he is big enough for you. Nevertheless, everything is there to feel comfortable at once: a fully equipped, ultra modern mini kitchen with espresso machine, a flat screen TV, wireless, wall safe, a little work and an elegant bathroom. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

This accommodation is perfect for an enjoyable stay in Hamburg as either family, friends, couples or business partners. From here you can quickly reach the city and the airport, or take just a few steps through the garden gate to be on one of Hamburg’s most beautiful walking trails. Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms. A travel cot is available for small children if required. There is a free parking space in the carport. Unfortunately the accommodation is not barrier-free.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung: Die S-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, ein Park, Spielplatz und See sind ganz in der Nähe. Freuen uns auf Euren Besuch :-)

Dir steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer und die Wohnküche zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die S-Bahnstation ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, zum Flughafen 2 Stationen, in die Innenstadt 20 Minuten. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Privatstraße vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Lauf- und Fahrradstrecken direkt vor der Tür.

Das gemütliche Sommerhäuschen liegt direkt am See und befindet sich auf dem gleichen ca. 3500 m2 großen Grundstück wie unser Wohnhaus (ca. 45m entfernt). Am Ende der Sackgasse ist es sehr ruhig, Natur ringsum. Es ist praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und bietet eine Unterkunft für 2 Personen, ggf. mit Kind. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ggf.als Schlafcouch nutzbar. Ideal für Pärchen, Freunde, eine kleine Familie oder ganz alleine.
