It's is also close to skiing resorts as Andorra: Vallnord, Grandvalira y Naturlandia or Sort: Port Aine y Espot Esquí and Castellbó: Sant Joan de l'Erm. It's is also a strategic settlement to adventure sports as : Via ferratas: Via Regina, Roc del Quer, ..., Paragliding: Organyà Canyoneing: Fontanella, Font Bordonera, ..., Kayak and Piraguism: La Seu d'Urgell and Sort Climbing: Tres Ponts, Pared Bucòlica, Fígols, Coll de Nargó, ... Precioso Granero en un valle & rio

El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad con todos los supermercados y restaurantes!

Chalet de montaña con jardín y chimenea

Chalet amplio ideal para disfrutar de unos días de desconexión en familia o entre amigos, ubicado en el centro del Port del Comte, a tan solo 5 minutos en coche de las pistas de esquí, y muy cerca de varias rutas de senderismo para disfrutar todo el año. La casa cuenta con un amplio jardín y una gran chimenea, ideal para desconectar en medio de la montaña. Las mascotas son bienvenidas en nuestro chalet. Sant Llorenç de Morunys se encuentra a 20 minutos en coche para comprar o pasear.

Casa amb era, de més de 300 anys d´antiguitat, totalment reformada, mantenint l´essencia de l´estil rústic,però amb totes les comoditats. Està al casc antic del poble, en una zona molt tranquila. La casa disposa de tres habitacions (dues dobles i una triple) i dos banys. Te llar de foc , calefacció elèctrica I aire acondicionat .La cuina està totalment equipada . Ideal per gaudir d´uns dies de relax, i d´esports d´aventura( escalada, senderisme, BTT, barranquisme, parapent, esquí...)

In the Ripollès region, between rivers, valleys and mountains, the ancient Castle of Llaés (10th century) stands splendidly. A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.

Està ubicada al mig del bosc a la Baronia de Rialb, on es pot gaudir d´una estada còmoda i relaxada. La casa és d´ús exclusiu i no hi ha veïns al voltant.

Accommodation located at 1870m. Tranquility, silence and disconnection. Access by the company with 4x4, buggy or snowmobile. Not suitable for people with low physical fitness. Access to the house is by snowshoe in winter and on foot in summer. The descent is about 10 minutes and the ascent about 25 minutes also on foot with a difference in level of 150 meters. The access to the house is not simple.
