PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. The spacious private accommodation includes separate bedroom, bathroom and off road parking. Plus independent entry to your own light, airy accommodation. Completely renovated for 2024, an ideal retreat for a couple looking for a magical holiday surrounded by nature. There are only two cabins on the site, each with private parking, secure gardens and private entrance. The cabin is not isolated as just off from the main road. This allows you to feel cocooned in The Woodlands yet have easy access to a Tescos superstore 5 minutes up the road.

Little Dell is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac Little Dells accommodation comprises of 1 double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/kitchen/dining room, plus off road parking for 1 vehicle. Little Dell has its own private outside space with beautiful views across the Downs. Located on the outskirts of the seaside resorts Sandown and Shanklin and within walking distance of beautiful countryside and woodland. Alvestone nature reserve and squirrel hide is also within walking distance.

Brambles Shepherd’s Hut

Situated in a quiet rural location with stunning views over open countryside, this shepherds hut has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay on the Isle of Wight. Finished to a high standard, with separate bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable living space with log burner, smart TV and great WiFi. The kitchen has a two ringed hob, fridge/freezer,microwave and air fryer. The outdoor space boasts its own private garden with a stunning patio,hot tub, garden furniture and bbq.

Queensbower Cottage stable is newly converted with 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. A double sofa bed is also available for use in the lounge with a downstairs shower room and toilet. A cot bed is also available on request. We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty, alongside a bridle path with no passing traffic. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs of the stable. Our garden is large, child-friendly and surrounded by fields.

Two immaculate boltholes available, with private hot tubs on a smallholding on the sunny Isle of Wight - take woodland walks from the door! You’re on a footpath that leads to a good pub, peaceful woodland and the riverside. When you feel weary head back to relax in the hot tub. Inside both spaces are open plan with a king bed in each bedroom on one side and a smart bathroom on the other. As the stars appear you might hear the hoot of the resident barn owl!

The Barn - a hidden retreat

Wake up to the sound of bird song at the Barn. The Barn is a detached building with a studio apartment on the first floor. It has one double bed, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette with fridge and combi oven. Downstairs is a garage space with table tennis. The garden has direct access over the gate into common land and woodland connecting to the footpath network. The Barn is set in the grounds of my cottage and shares a drive and parking area.

The Studio has a fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, comfortable kingsize bed in a cozy lounge area. Wifi is included too! You have your own small secluded garden and parking for one car.
