Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

Cozy cottage in Ames!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. The property has been fully renovated in 2023. 10 minute walk to Jack Trice, Hilton Coliseum and ISU campus(.6 mile) as well as grocery stores and any convenience you may need. This house features one floor living with 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds),a pull out queen sleeper sofa as well an air mattress. 2 full baths, one with tub and a well appointed kitchen so if you feel like cooking its all at your disposal.

We have 4 bed rooms upstairs. Three queen beds, one full bed, one twin bed,one child size jr bed, guest bathroom upstairs and one master queen -bed room with attached full master bath room. Large kitchen with a powder room bathroom off the kitchen and family room , living room and a deck. Driveway parks 4 vehicles. Safe parking on the west side of the street,( across the street from our home). Can not park on the side of the street our home is on.
