Welcome to the guest cottage located at Rosario Ranch, a 10 acre wooded equine retirement farm. The farm features horses, goats, dogs, cats and other farm animals. Island Gateway Anacortes Studio and Sauna

Bright, beautiful studio with full kitchen, coffee bar, private bath and outdoor fire pit. Adjacent outdoor cedar sauna that we share with our guests in both units. Minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

Close to Deception Pass, downtown Anacortes shops and restaurants, drive to public beaches, less than a mile from Mount Erie and hiking trails. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Anacortes Ferry Dock. Cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. Full kitchen with all gadgets required to make that special meal. Bathroom has a toilet, sink, and stall shower. Access to a private dock. Kayaks&Paddle boards available.
