The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. On the middle floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax in the chill out area. Finally, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with sea views and a bathroom.
