The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the Village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings.The 7.5 acres of land are situated directly behind the barn. The Croft is a sympathetic renovation of a 1772 built barn, renovated in 2016, in the grounds of the owners home. The self contained property has a king size bed, table and chairs, kitchenette which includes a fridge freezer, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave and small oven. There is a level access shower room. There is a multi fuel stove and background electric heating. Free wifi and a TV are also included. There is a small private garden and off street parking. Ideal for beaches and mountains.

We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground and air strip (for any jet enthusiasts) and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting the Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers.

The cottage can sleep up to 4 persons in one double and one twin room. We are a growing smallholding with alpacas, sheep and chickens. We also have two dogs. Tylluan Wen is located close to an area of outstanding natural beauty, with stunning scenery and easy access to the coast, attractions and transport routes. * Hot tub has extra charge.

We are just 4 miles from the nearest beach at Cemaes Bay and close to the Cemlyn nature reserve renowned for bird watching,seal and porpoise spotting.
