The house lies at the foot of the Angus glens, close to St Andrews & Carnoustie & just 12 mins to the beach. The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub

Fully equipped seafront cottage. Central heating, fridge, cooker, nespresso coffee machine, dining area, outside sitting area. Close to Carnoustie golf course and other local courses, including St Andrews. 10 mins walk to train station (servicing Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc), supermarket, laundry facility, shops, restaurants and bars. On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £40 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

Close to the amenities of Blairgowrie, the Loft is part of the Bonnington Farm Steading, which is located on a hill top with spectacular views to the south and west. The Loft provides warm and comfortable accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. There are wonderful woodland walks close by and It is a midge free place with lots of swallows and house martins. It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.
