The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. The Mississippi river offers pontoon boat rentals ($) to use at your leisure thru "your boat club" The Bowline Apartments also offers use of community amenities such as bicycles and paddleboards to give you a fun and memorable experience during your stay!

My townhouse is perfectly located for exploring the Twin Cities and beyond, with St. Paul just 15 minutes away, Minneapolis and the MSP airport 20 minutes away, and Stillwater and Hudson just a short 25-minute drive.

However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Super comfortable, peaceful, and clean! 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. You can also take the train - which is only two blocks away. This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
