Art of filoxenia was born through an idea of many years bringing to life the real term of filoxenia. This villa with the minimal approach in combination with the sophisticated decoration meet earth tones in a fully luxuriously shaped accommodation in the heart of Antiparos. The accommodation offers the maximum privacy although it is at a distance of less than a few meters from the (cobbled) walkway. The traditional island architecture dominates every corner, embracing modern amenities.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. This cozy house is located in the heart of the village of Antiparos.

The apartment is located at the picturesque port of Antiparos. Close to supermarkets, coffee houses, clubs and the beach. In a 3 minutes walking distance, you can find my restaurant for some local tastes for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is not included in the price of the apartment.
