The house is front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one more bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

The apartment is located at the picturesque port of Antiparos. Close to supermarkets, coffee houses, clubs and the beach. In a 3 minutes walking distance, you can find my restaurant for some local tastes for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is not included in the price of the apartment. A spacious apartment made out of thick stone walls that contains a traditional wood-fired oven and a fireplace ( which are not for use by our guests). It's situated on the top of a small hill by Paroikia so you will have the opportunity to admire a unique view to the gulf of Paroikia and the sunset.
