Charming Waterfront Cottage in Elk Rapids, MI

Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. In the warmer months, this all-sports lake is ready for swimming, fishing, and all things fresh-water. We hope you feel welcomed and relaxed at Little Elk Cottage! @littleelkcottage

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. AC upstairs. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

The Buck Shack

The Buck Shack tiny cabin is on 10 secluded acres of hard woods and shares the property with two other cabins. The Buck Shack accommodates up to 5 people with a queen size bed and a twin over full size bunk bed. It offers Wifi internet, smart TV and also a half size kitchen with standard kitchen items a refrigerator and a microwave. There is a communal kitchen available for our guests that offers a full size kitchen, laundry and a hot tub that is shared amongst a second cabin on the property.

Comfortable, clean, cozy, and rustic log cabin just a few minute's walk up the hill from famous Torch Lake. Walking distance to shopping, dining, boating and recreation in Alden. Cabin is studio style, with queen bed and 2 futons with 425 square feet of living space. SLEEPS: 5 or 6 (1 queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas). one sleeper sofa can fit 2 children but probably just 1 adult. It's inspired by Scandinavia and the Danish concept of Hygge (roughly translates to Cozy) and sits on a private wooded lot. This is a place to cook, grill, relax, be cozy, explore, play games, read, take day trips, make memories and be inspired by all Northern Michigan has to offer. Hygge is about living in the moment and enjoying life's simple pleasures.

Our A-frame cabin features a unique convertible door that truly brings nature right to your doorstep. Each of our sites at Lost Woods is located about 200 feet from our newly built eco luxury (shared) bathhouse and outhouse. Homemade bagels and coffee are delivered each morning.

Wander the gardens that are part of the small turn-of-the-century farm, or just enjoy the quiet of the north woods.

Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.

"The Love Shack" Tiny House Getaway

Centrally located private 200 Sq ft. Tiny Home with a bedroom loft, mini fridge, sink and bathroom. This guest house is on the property of another Airbnb home but has its own drive. This tiny house is most comfortable for 2. Being a tiny house the bedroom loft does require climbing a ladder. Centrally located to skiing, snowmobile, ORV, hiking trails and lakes and rivers! Private yard with a fire pit (some firewood Included). Pets accepted with a fee.
