Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Hygge Up North Bungalow

Cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow w/loft near Schuss Mountain, Torch Lake & and Bellaire, MI. We are a short walk to the Cedar River. It's inspired by Scandinavia and the Danish concept of Hygge (roughly translates to Cozy) and sits on a private wooded lot. This is a place to cook, grill, relax, be cozy, explore, play games, read, take day trips, make memories and be inspired by all Northern Michigan has to offer. Hygge is about living in the moment and enjoying life's simple pleasures.

Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.

We are located just minutes from downtown Boyne city and beautiful lake Charlevoix. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.
