Ingresso indipendente e grazioso giardino privato dove rilassarsi, leggere un libro, fare colazione o cena all'aria aperta. Posto auto privato, auto Max L 4,86 metri. Il quartiere Fieristico si raggiunge in 10 minuti. Internet Wifi, TV lcd, aria condizionata. La fermata bus a pochi passi.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Each house is independent, surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the hillside. In the large garden: travertine pool, hot tub, warm shower, gazebo and barbecue. You can walk through the woods and along the stream. We live next door, discreet yet present. A car is necessary to reach us.
