Location is 18 min from Historic Fredericksburg, 20 Min from Washington Ferry Farm, 35 min from Mount Vernon, and 41 min from the Pentagon. Easy access to Quantico.

This 1925 Bungalow is a relaxing space whether visiting Quantico for TBS/OCS/FBI graduations or sightseeing. Amtrak and VRE train stop under 5 minute walk direct to Alexandria, Crystal City, or DC (Union Station). In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or drive 5 minutes to the golf course (open to public). For DoD Cardholders it is 7 min walk to theater/gym/bowling. Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
