Hi I'm a professional software engineer and a proud father of 3 beautiful children. I'm optimistic, and cheerful, and love communicating with others. Having just started hosting, excited to be a part of this community and to be able to help people feel right at home. Being an explorer myself, I find it really enlightening to discover new places and learn about local cultures. Eveready Paradise Villa, Stafford is a 10,411 Sq. Ft. two-story home in Summerwood with gorgeous and stamped concrete patio. Guests are greeted in the foyer with the beautiful hardwood flooring in the main level. Off the foyer are two formal living rooms and two dining areas. On the upper level are very spacious 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite bath with a soaker tub. There are 3 additional large bedrooms with ceilling fans and a full bath on the upper level.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our English style cottage. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to enjoy the beauty of a town full of history. Fredericksburg is the childhood home of George Washington, his mother also lived in the town. You can visit these homes as well as the famous battlefields from colonial and civil battles... If you just want to relax, this two bedroom guesthouse is the perfect way to recharge your batteries and enjoy the countryside in peace.

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Winters Retreat Farm Cottage - Entire house

Need a change of view? Unplug, and relax in this independent private cottage on the homestead. Watch for deer, turkeys and birds in the field from the sunroom or take a hike around the farm. Centered in Fauquier's wine country it is ideal for the weekend escape, or day trips West to the mountains, East to DC or points south. Also, a perfect solution for accommodating family at get-to-gathers, wedding guest, or your "Halfway overnight stay" traveler North/ South or to the beach.

Cozy Studio Retreat

This charming and cozy room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The room has it's own private entrance and features a cozy plush queen bed, kitchenette and full bath. Our basement apartment offers two roomy bedrooms with full size windows, a full bathroom, and sleeps 5 (possibility of added guests with permission). We boast a very comfortable living room. The stocked kitchenette includes a large fridge, sink, double hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes/utensils. Fire extinguisher, fire alarms & carbon monoxide detector. Safe neighborhood. Close to Quantico. 40 miles to the DC National Mall. NO clothes washer.
