Si accede mediante scala condominiale che conduce alla terrazza coperta da tettoia in legno, dotata di doccia e barbecue . Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano letto (trasformabile in un letto a due piazze) e terrazza panoramica; camera da letto matrimoniale; bagno con doccia.
