Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Little cottage up the hills

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, where the sounds of nature and fresh air are predominate. Our little cottage is located on a hill, covered in trees. From our large patio, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and clear skies. The cottage inside is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Please note, certain parts outside the cottage, such as the access road, need renovation. Car is essential as nearest shops Argos 15 km away!

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. Η θέα του Ναυπλίου, της Θαλασσας, του τεραστιου κήπου και της πισίνας είναι εκπληκτικη!

Παραδοσιακή οικία ξενώνας

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται μέσα στην καρδιά του Ταϋγέτου. Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

Located between Messinian and Laconian Mani, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore both sides of the region: the beautiful beaches and fishing villages of Agios Nikolaos, Stoupa, Kardamyli on one side, and the wild, raw beauty of Limeni, Aeropoli and Diros caves on the other. All while enjoying fresh mountain air and a peaceful, open environment.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Το σπίτι είναι περιτριγυρισμένο από έλατα και έχει μια πανέμορφη θέα στα γύρω βουνά. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και παραδοσιακά διακοσμημένο.
