The Silo Stone House is situated in Fihtia village, just 2 km from the archeological site of Mycenae. Built on a small hill next to the graphic chapel of Saint Ilias, it offers an undisturbed view of the Argolic plain all the way to the Argolic gulf, as well as the Acropolis of Mycenae, of Argos ( Larisa castle, ancient theater), and Nafplio ( Palamidi Castle, Mpourtzi island castle, Old Town ). Little cottage up the hills

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, where the sounds of nature and fresh air are predominate. Our little cottage is located on a hill, covered in trees. From our large patio, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and clear skies. The cottage inside is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Please note, certain parts outside the cottage, such as the access road, need renovation. Car is essential as nearest shops Argos 15 km away!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή του χωριού με θέα στο γεφύρι του Αλφειού και το οροπέδιο της Μεγαλόπολης. Διαθέτει 2 τζάκια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και ψηλοτάβανες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Στην είσοδο διαθέτει αυλή με σκιά από μεγάλη καρυδιά και κληματαριά.
