The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! Completely independent from the main house, but close enough to enjoy the amenities, the cottage is a perfect place to unwind. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

Manor Farm Barn

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We have renovated one of our Barns to a high standard and comfortable space and although we are in the heart of the countryside we are also within easy reach of London and Cambridge. We have great pubs within 3 miles and lovely country walks from the front door. Due to the nature of the barn position parking is on our main yard that we use and via gates. You must be a dog lover as we have 2 friendly dogs 2 pet sheep.
