Conveniently situated for Stratford-upon-Avon (15 minutes away) and only 25 minutes to the Cotswolds. We are close to a number of National Trust properties and gardens and situated on two National Walking routes, the Heart of England Way and the Arden Way. For dinner we have 3 pubs within a mile radius or many takeaways within nearby Alcester or Bidford-on-Avon.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn.
