At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!
