It has recently been transformed into a cozy farmhouse cabin for dreamy overnight getaways. Nestled perfectly close to Edmond, Guthrie, and the Lazy E Arena, you're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from concerts, rodeos, and top-notch dining adventures! Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!
