Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are only 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

Cozy mountain tipi,5 miles to nearest towns,23 miles to world famous Breckenridge ski resort,22 ft tipi , one queen bed, 2 fold out vintage cots, and room for 2 more sleeping bags on floor, Propane fire pit in center keeps this space toasty warm, propane bbq, picnic table food staging/cooking area and vintage outhouse. Be advised that it is an open wildlife area and wild animals can wander through at anytime ( moose,coyote, bear, Elk,deer,even bobcats), it’s advised that food is stored

Authentic Crow style tipi set in the middle of nature. Enjoy the miles of cleared private hiking trails or travel 15 minutes to national forest trails. (Mark Twain National Forest) Our property is located 1 mile from Bull Shoals Lake boat launch, and 50 minutes from Branson, Mo. Our property also connects with 200 acres of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers property to explore around Bull Shoals Lake.
