The indoor BBQ area has a pizza oven, gas BBQ, refrigerator and outdoor setting There is access to a flushing toilet and shower, next to the indoor BBQ area which is 40m away from the cottage. The pool room, indoor BBQ area and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests.

Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

It’s a great base to explore from, with local walks on the property or longer walks in the area.
