Haus Gaut is located in the middle of nature in beautiful Langwies, a small mountain village in the Schanfigg. Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers or sports enthusiasts will love this location. 15 minutes from Arosa by car or 2 train stops on the Rhätische Bahn. Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km and 98m in altitude. Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house.

Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Das Ferienhaus "Grabahus" wurde im Jahr 2022 komplett saniert und liegt an ruhiger, zentraler Lage im wunderschönen Ferienort Arosa. Bushaltestellen und Lifte sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Feriendomizil "Grabahus" verfügt über 4 gemütlich eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken. 3 Top moderne Badezimmer und einen großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich. Im Keller steht noch eine Infrarotsauna zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen beheizten Skiraum und Velos können im Keller abgestellt werden.

Chalet Balu

Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft geniesst du einzigartige Momente bei wunderschönem Panorama. Das frisch renovierte Haus bietet ein alpines, warmes Wohlfühlambiente mit allen Vorzügen. Starte deine Wanderung oder Bike Tour direkt vor der Haustüre oder lass dich bequem von der Bergbahn nach oben bringen. Abends auf der Terrasse grillieren und den Sonnenuntergang hautnah geniessen oder sich im schönen Badesee abkühlen. Was gibt's schöneres !
