Forget your worries in this spacious and serene two bedrooom, two bathroom home. Nice open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen looks out over the ocean. Office space if you must and exercise equipment is available. Floatation rafts and snorkeling equipment, Paddle Boards/Kayaks for ocean fun and relaxing. The house sits so close to the water that you will be lulled into the best sleep of your life listening to the waves roll in.

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy!
