Our two-bedroom home built from natural island coral is positioned among the palm trees, just steps from one of the prettiest pristine beaches you'll ever see. The beach gradually extends -- coral free -- into the blue water. Further offshore are reefs that are perfect for fishing, scuba diving or snorkeling.

You may see a couple of yachts anchoring in the bay as you sip your coffee on the front porch. The mile long crescent bay invites you for a swim or kayaking

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. 360 degree water views overlooking crystal clear Caribbean water and estuary behind the home that is a nursery for sea turtles and other sea life. Take the kayas and paddle boards (included) and explore. Afterwards, relax with a drink on the huge lower deck or upper deck off of the 360 degree glass room on the second floor. Be mesmerized by the magnificent sunset and crystal clear water or gaze at the endless stars of the night sky.

Come to Fountain Bay Resort for a vacation like no other. You'll be in paradise when you stay at this Studio with excellent views and many resort amenities. The Studio includes a queen-size bed, a 40-inch flat-screen HD television, a sitting table with two chairs, a mini-refrigerator, microwave, Kruger coffee pot, and kitchenware. Plenty of closet space for all your hang-ups. The Fountain Bay resort offers two restaurants and a clubhouse.

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy!
